Introduction These Terms of Enrollment govern the relationship between Hillcrest University and all enrolled students. By enrolling in any program, you agree to abide by these terms.
- Eligibility Applicants must meet the program’s academic and professional prerequisites and be at least 18 years old.
- Enrollment Procedure Enrollment is completed upon submission of the application, approval by Hillcrest University, and receipt of payment confirmation.
- Tuition and Fees Tuition fees must be paid according to the schedule provided. Late payments may incur additional charges. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Academic Integrity Students are expected to maintain academic integrity and adhere to Hillcrest University’s policies on plagiarism, cheating, and professional conduct.
- Attendance & Participation Regular attendance and active participation are required. Students who fail to meet minimum participation standards may be subject to academic review.
- Program Changes & Withdrawal Students may request a program change or withdraw according to university policies. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the stated schedule.
- Use of Materials All course materials are the intellectual property of Hillcrest University. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Liability Hillcrest University is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from participation in its programs beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
- Data & Privacy All student information is governed by our Privacy Policy, and students consent to its terms by enrolling.
- Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from enrollment will be resolved under the laws of the state where Hillcrest University is registered, with mediation or arbitration encouraged prior to legal action.
