ADMISSION TIP

Apply Early

Because admission is competitive and spaces in each intake are limited, early applications are strongly encouraged. This allows more time for document review, clarification, and any required follow-up.

You can start your application online and complete it step by step as you prepare your documents.

Admission by Program Level

Requirements vary for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. Please review the admission criteria for the level that best matches your current qualifications and goals.

Undergraduate Programs

Applicants must have successfully completed secondary education (high school or equivalent) with satisfactory academic performance. Transcripts should demonstrate strong results, especially in subjects relevant to the chosen field of study.

A short Statement of Purpose and supporting documents (ID, transcripts, photo, and optional recommendation letter) are required.

Master’s Programs

Applicants should hold a recognized bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Relevant professional or managerial experience (typically 2+ years) is strongly recommended, as it enriches classroom discussions and applied projects.

A detailed Statement of Purpose, CV, and academic transcripts are required as part of the master’s application.

Doctoral Programs

Doctoral applicants are expected to demonstrate clear professional and personal goals, and to show how completing a doctorate at Hillcrest University will support those goals.

All applicants must have a higher qualification or at least five years of relevant organizational or managerial experience. Credit transfer and flexible tuition options may be available.
